What is included in a standard yacht charter?
A standard charter includes a professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions differ by service type — sunset cruises feature premium non-alcoholic drinks and appetizers, while corporate charters provide conference facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks in advance ensures better availability and allows time for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we will offer to reschedule your charter to the next available date or provide a full refund. We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you 24 hours before departure if conditions appear questionable.
Can I bring my own food and non-alcoholic beverages?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. However, we also offer excellent catering services and can customize menus to your preferences. Please note that glass containers are not permitted on board for safety reasons.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We strive to accommodate all guests. Some of our vessels have better accessibility features than others. Please contact us when booking to discuss specific needs, and we will recommend the most suitable yacht and arrange any necessary accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24–72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless due to weather conditions or mechanical issues on our part.
